Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements to develop database solutions for Health Care and Reporting systems Able to conduct Scrum ceremonies
- Walk-through the technical design document with Business/SME/QA group and support team
- Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B.E / MCA / B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation
- 8+ years of experience in Mainframe apps
- Solid understanding of software engineering processes: Design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and dev-ops
- Primary Skillset - Mainframes(COBOL,JCL,DB2,CICS,VSAM,REXX,API), SQL Mandatory and Java & Python (optional)
- Proven solid problem solving, analytical skills, Good communication and presentation skills
