Mission and Goals
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our Privacy Security products. This hybrid role, based in Chennai, focuses on front-end development with full-stack responsibilities using React/TypeScript and AWS.
Short-Term Goals:
- Integrate quickly with the team and technology stack.
- Deliver high-quality front-end and full-stack features.
- Address immediate project needs in collaboration with QA, Support, and other teams.
Long-Term Goals:
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Contribute to strategic technology evaluations and decisions.
- Innovate by integrating advanced technologies like AI/ML and big data.
Objectives
- Develop and implement software solutions using modern tools and frameworks.
- Deliver high-quality features for existing and new products.
- Drive technology selection for optimal solution development.
- Apply industry best practices in software design and development.
- Collaborate with QA, Support, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Work independently to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions under tight deadlines.
Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience:
- 5+ years in software development, especially consumer-based products.
- 3+ years with cloud platforms like AWS and front-end technologies such as ReactJS, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, RESTful services, and no-SQL databases.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in modern frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Cucumber.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and emerging tech is a plus.
