About The Team
The Reltio Customer Lifecycle Management team is focused on the automation of the lifespan of a customer. You will be responsible for developing automated solutions for provisioning and de-provisioning cloud assets to the customers, automate monitoring of the resource usage and configuration compliance with the best practices and contract entitlements.
Job Summary:
Senior Software Engineer is technically responsible for particular feature delivery which consists of:
- Design of the feature implementation
- Technical drive feature delivery, make decisions, development and test coverage
- Work with QA to review testing approaches, provide all details needed for testing, review test plans
- Be responsible for all internal feature documentation
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work
- Complex features design, development and delivery
- Regular code review and mentoring of regular developers working on features
- Provide good code coverage in unit and integration testing
- Be ready for every day technical decisions
- Professional communication with other cross-functional team representatives
- Be ready for sustenance in areas under engineer responsibility
Skills You Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application design, development
- Proven ability to deliver solutions, offer implementation support, engage with customers.
- 2-3 years of experience in building scalable distributed data systems using Java and Cloud Technology.
- Strong technical background with previous development experience for enterprise customers
- Strong Java knowledge (Java 11 and above), Java Runtime basics
- Provide Technical mentorship and leadership to junior team mem
- Hands-on technically, comfortable reviewing and writing code.
Skills That Are Nice to Have:
- Experience with Amazon AWS, Azure or GCP and its services
- Managed databases (AWS DynamoDB, Google GBQ, GBT, Azure CosmosDB, GCP Firestore)
- Managed Queue services (AWS SQS, Google PubSub, Azure Service Bus)
- Experience with Python, Airflow, Node.js
Experience in cloud security principles
- Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, software design, and building large, distributed systems
- Experience in performance optimisations, code profiling, Java application runtime analysis
- Experience in customer support in SaaS area is a big plus
- MS in computer science or equivalent experience
