In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of strong & proven experience in Core Java and java-based web application development.
- Strong experience in designing and developing applications using JEE technologies.
- Good experience in developing REST/SOAP web services and application integration using Web Services
- Experience in Rich UI development using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Design and development of applications using Spring framework.
- Good Experience in using Gen AI tools for development and automation.
- Strong exposure to cloud technologies.
- Strong experience in Junit testing.
- Good understanding and experience in using CICD tools and Kubernetes infrastructure.
Job Expectations:
- Involve in design and development of technical solutions for the given business problems.
- Coding, unit testing and automation testing.
- Use GenAI to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical Guidance/direction to junior developers.
- Analyze requirements and come up with technical design.
- Develop code with established standards/best practices around security, scalability and performance.
- Develop reusable components to improve efficiencies.
