Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 7+ years with Apex (classes, triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Javascript.
- 7+ years with Salesforce automation tools: workflows, Process Builder, flows
- 7+ years experience using Git
- 7+ years working in Agile teams
- 7+ years working with CI/CD tools (Git Actions or similar)
- 2+ years with Sales or Service Cloud
- Experience configuring Lightning pages, workflows, Process Builder, and flows
- Experience with Apex REST/SOAP services, callouts, outbound messaging, and JavaScript remoting
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- Understanding of Salesforce performance and security best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Platform Encryption, Transaction Security)
- Healthcare domain knowledge
- Understanding of managed package development and AppExchange security requirements
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Platform Events, Streaming API)
- Proven solid analytical/problem-solving skills; cross-functional issue resolution
