Role
We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Development Engineer to join our Engineering department.This role is a hybrid position based in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr. Director, Engineering. You will help manage digital risk by applying security through identity integration and controls. As a key member of the Identity Access & Management team, you will build critical workflows and application integrations that enable organizations worldwide to harness speed and agility through our cloud-first security platform.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Identity Management Products for the world’s largest cloud security platform
- Drive the implementation of core product functionality and key technical initiatives across the Identity and Access Management landscape
- Mentor junior engineers by establishing and sharing engineering best practices to elevate the team’s technical capabilities
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, and Business teams to deliver complex projects from inception to production
- Partner with global team members to maintain a positive, high-accountability working culture that fosters innovation

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based application architecture and development with a focus on enterprise-grade Security or Networking products
- Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Expert-level proficiency in Enterprise Java, OOP, OOA, and systems architecture
Advanced experience with RESTful APIs and frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring - Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools and modern software development processes
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Technical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container infrastructure
- Experience with Java reactive programming models
