As a Senior Associate, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a high-touch, seamless recruiting experience. This role is highly execution-focused and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on coordination, communication, and operational excellence. You will also gain exposure to broader recruiting strategy and have opportunities to grow your career in talent acquisition.
This role is based in India and will support recruiting efforts across U.S. teams, requiring regular collaboration across time zones.
Who You Are:
4-6 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or similar operational and tactical role supporting recruiting teams based in the U.S.
Comfortable working across U.S. time zones and collaborating with global stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in an applicant tracking system, with hands-on experience in Ashby strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience maintaining data integrity, governance, and reporting within an ATS (e.g., ensuring accurate candidate records, tracking pipeline data, and supporting reporting needs)
Strong proficiency with scheduling tools, Outlook calendars, and Microsoft Office products
High level of professionalism, accountability, and a client service mindset

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (Ashby)
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure smooth execution of the recruiting process, proactively following up and driving progress
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, communication, and overall candidate experience
Support reporting and data tracking to help drive recruiting insights and efficiency
Assist with recruiting programs and initiatives
Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining strong processes, documentation, and data integrity
