We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to enable this strategy.
You will lead the Talent Acquisition function for India, while embedded into Global Corporate Functions organization and a member of the India leadership team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring life-cycle aimed at bringing the best-in-class talent that adds value and creates impact to our businesses and customers.
KEY EXPECTATIONS
- Craft Recruitment Strategy: Developing a talent acquisition strategy and plans to source candidates. Work with global and local leadership teams to formulate best-in-class strategies to attract talent, considering budget, time constraints, and organizational culture.
- Designing assessments: Creating cost-effective tools to identify the best candidates
- Leading and Managing end to end recruitment process: Execute on the recruitment strategy, delivering on the full hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Should monitor and report out on multiple recruitment metrics.
- Own candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding: Ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the process. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to refine recruitment processes and improve candidate experiences
- Collaboration with Senior Management: Working closely with senior leadership teams (local and global) and hiring managers to understand requirements, leverage resources, align recruitment plans and influence outcomes
- Employer Branding: Promoting the organization's brand to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice through strategic branding initiatives
- Conducting market analysis to bring in outside-in intelligence: Staying up to date on hiring trends and conducting market analysis to be on top of new hiring models in the industry
- Improving onboarding: Improving the new joiner onboarding experience
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance all hiring practices with legal standards and company policies
- Reporting: Compiling monthly recruitment statistics and reporting to leadership
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human resources management
- Very strong communication and articulation skills, with experience in managing senior global stakeholders
- Outcome & results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extremely high attention to details, with a data-driven approach to influence
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Ability and openness to be extremely hands-on, while also balancing strategic priorities.
- Creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition. Should be flexible in to rapidly change approach basis business environment.
- Brings entrepreneurial mindset and should have ability to work in ambiguous and unstructured environments
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Should have a minimum of 9+ years of relevant full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Should have experience in different genres of Hiring- Technical & Functional
- Should have strong networks in the industry and recruitment ecosystem
- Experience in enterprise solutions hiring/ SAP hiring /fintech/product firms would be desirable
