What will you do everyday?
As a Senior Talent Partner in the Talent Acquisition team, you will:
- Be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring exceptional engineering and technical talent for Suki.
- You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
- This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage with both passive and active candidates.
- As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor and guide junior recruiters and contribute to refining our recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to source, engage, and hire top technical talent across engineering, data science, IT, product development, and other technical disciplines.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role specifications, and team dynamics to ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
- Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, talent pipelines, networking, and creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Offer Negotiation: Lead offer discussions, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and close candidates with a professional and engaging approach.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment processes, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate satisfaction.
- Employer Branding: Actively promote Suki as an employer of choice by representing the Suki in networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters to enhance team performance and recruitment expertise.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
- Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for engineering, software development, or other technical roles.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for various engineering roles, including proficiency with software development languages, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill technical positions. Experience with both active and passive sourcing methods.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other internal teams to drive recruitment success.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiating and closing abilities to secure top talent.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse ATS), HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Job Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of coding languages, development tools, and methodologies (e.g., Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Agile/Scrum).
- Industry Experience: Previous experience recruiting for fast-paced technology companies or startups is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Certifications in HR, recruiting, or technical sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Technical Recruiting certifications).
Working at Suki:
Our hybrid model offers the perfect balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility which includes three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and two days work from home (Thursday and Friday).The role is located in Bangalore and will require working from office three days a week.
