What We'll Bring:

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, with a good understanding of eLearning modules and familiarity with modern documentation frameworks and tools.

What You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, installation manuals, and product help content.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
Design and develop instructionally sound learning content including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and define learning objectives.
Develop content for various formats including video scripts, infographics, simulations, and microlearning.
Evaluate and improve existing training programs based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all learning materials.
Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Work within structured authoring environments using DITA framework.
Publish and manage content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides.
Format and style content using HTML and CSS as needed.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to documentation standards across all deliverables.
Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes.

Impact You'll Make:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or technology environment.
• Experience with eLearning tools and instructional design principles.
• Working knowledge of DITA, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with AEM Guides or similar content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in designing training for technical or software products.
• Certification in instructional design or related field is a plus.

 

Good to Have:

• Experience with tools like AEM Guides, Oxygen, or similar.
• Experience in creating videos or eLearning modules.
• Understanding of Agile development processes.
• Exposure to localization and translation workflows.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
