* Define and drive product strategy & Roadmap for product(s)
* Owner of portfolio backlog and roadmap execution
* Defines Capabilities and Features to translate business requirements into
* Technical requirements
o Executes detailed system & data analysis
o Leads Release Planning in partnership with ecosystem partners
o Clearly articulate product vision, strategy and roadmap to engineering team effectively as and when needed
o Collaborate with UX & engineering team to drive product design
o Consistent value delivery based on business MBOs
o Drive system demo to stakeholders and customers
o Build & drive culture of innovation in the portfolio
o Able to collaborate with various teams (business, engineering, product, ops) to drive common objective and help achieving outcomes

Required Qualification:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Good experience in US payer and provider space
- Expertise in applying data-driven knowledge and best practices to improve product
- Expertise in gathering requirements from the business, documenting and maintaining product backlog/roadmap
- Expertise in process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
- Understanding and ability to conduct meaningful conversation with technology team on various existing and emerging technologies and overall solution space
- Working knowledge of various tools such as Aha, Rally etc.
