We are looking to add a Senior Technical Recruiter to our HR team to help drive the growth strategy and execution in our India office.  This role will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting across all lines of Software Engineering and Industrial AI businesses as well as some of the key non-technical roles. 

Join us in:

  • Managing the full life cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing and screening, handle candidate experience, negotiation and offers both highly technical non-technical roles
  • Partnering with Managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics
  • Acting as a consultant in hiring processes; compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc.
  • Identifying, engaging, and securing high quality and relevant talent (both passive and active)
  • Responsible for attracting and identifying candidates that strive to develop highly technical innovative products
  • Developing sourcing strategies and researching methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition       
  • The search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements
  • Negotiating offers and successfully closing candidates along with HR Manager.
  • Fostering and growing connections with the best engineering and non-engineering colleges for recruiting on campus. 

Experience and Qualification:

  • Experience ranging from 4-10 years of technical recruiting experience 
  • Technical recruiting experience should include hiring Back End Engineers, Front End Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists
  • Preferably a MBA in HR
