The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our growing business in India. You will become a key partner to Technical Leadership, driving excellence in recruiting process and candidate experience. This is a Bangalore based role with a hybrid working model.
The Opportunity:
- Partner closely with the business and hiring managers to assess and define talent requirements to recruit top-talent and advise on creative hiring strategy.
- Build rapport and relationships across all levels and functions to support exponential growth and achieve ambitious hiring targets.
- Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various sourcing techniques, and partner with the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy.
- Manage the recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Provide regular recruiting metrics to hiring managers as required.
- Be a steward of the Moloco culture and employer brand, and foster an amazing candidate experience.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- 8+ years demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting for a wide range of positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product Management.
- Ability to step into any position/org and be able to recruit based on the needed position in the required market.
- Strong experience sourcing, engaging passive candidates, negotiating, and closing offers.
- Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing tools and techniques.
- Strong partnership/collaboration skills (Client Orgs, People Partners, Compensation, Recruiting Coordination, Immigration)
- Ability to guide hiring managers and their teams to foster an inclusive and collaborative hiring process.
- Experience supporting People Operations and HR processes is highly beneficial.
- Fluent in English.
