Role Summary

Specializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems and solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathers customer requirements and plans the deployments of EPC solutions

  • Provide Technical Product Support for Mavenir products and Systems

  • Runs scripts, execute commands to deploy, test, troubleshoot virtualized PACO node functions

  • Diagnosing and debugging the issues reported/raised by the customers

  • Installation and deployments of Mavenir PACO solutions

  • Track and solve the issues raised within the SLA's

  • Requires close collaboration and communication with onshore & offshore colleagues and occasionally with clients

Job Requirements

  • Expertise in Customer Support, Product support and Protocols of Packet Core components for 4G & 5G which should primarily include :

   - vEPC(vSAEGW , vMME )

          - 5GC (AMF , UPF , SMF ,)   

    - PCRF , DNS , CGNAT

  • Must to have understanding of the Packet Core Solutions.

  • Deep knowledge of 4G and overall understanding of technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi etc.

  • Good knowledge of Mobility call flows including but not limited to GGSN, SGSN, MME, SGW, PGW and respective integration touchpoints within a network ecosystem.

  • Good understanding of the 3GPP standards.

  • Sound understanding/Expertise of onboarding, integration of the v-EPC on the Cloud environment.

  • Should have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud.

  • Should have knowledge/Expertise/sound understanding of RHOSP/Docker/Containers /Kubernetes over Dell/HP.

  • Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills and ability to work in multiple technical areas.

  • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in above mentioned areas

  • Candidates available to join immediate, will be preferred
