WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- In this role, you will be responsible for performing the following duties:
• Develop technical training courses as part of Saviynt University’s established curriculum for our various identity products, which include our AI-powered Saviynt Identity Security Cloud platform. The product names are IGA, PAM, AAG, EIM, and the Intelligence Suite.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training to our global partners, customers, and employees. The beginner-level technical courses are designed to onboard new Saviynt SI partners, customers, and employees, while the advanced classes are tailored for experienced Saviynt IDM experts. The primary goal of the training curriculum is to equip our SI partners and customers with the necessary product knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Additionally, create a question pool for our official certification exams.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Create technical training materials such as slide decks, lab handouts, lecture manuals, assessments, and reference guides.
- Build self-paced digital content, such as training videos, interactive quizzes, etc., using Synthesia and Camtasia for the Saviynt University Learning Management platform.
- Conduct audience needs analysis to understand the level of training that needs to be built.
- Work closely with the Product Management, Product Engineering, and other cross-functional groups to build quality training courses.
- Teach a defined training curriculum to Saviynt Partners, Customers, and Internal employees worldwide through virtual and in-person classes.
- Deliver remote and classroom-based training in different time zones.
- Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on improving the training courses, certifications, and digital content.
- Build question banks for official certification exams.
