Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams for Customer Issues (RMA):
- Take ownership of key customer issues related to SoC products, working across multiple functions including Verification, Validation, DFT, SoC Design, PD, and HS.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex RMA cases, ensuring efficient resolution of issues by coordinating the work of cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Oversee and guide troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts to address customer-facing issues, ensuring the correct teams are engaged at the right time.
- Problem Solving and Coordination:
- Lead technical reviews, debug sessions, and failure analysis to determine the root causes of RMA issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication between various functional teams, aligning resources and timelines to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Strategic Customer Issue Management:
- Own and define the strategic approach to managing RMAs, ensuring that cross-functional teams are fully aligned and that there is a structured process for prioritizing and resolving customer issues.
- Drive process improvements based on lessons learned from past RMAs, establishing best practices for future RMA cases and ensuring continuous improvement in issue resolution timeframes and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across multiple teams (Verification, Validation, DFT, Design, PD, etc.) to ensure all functions are aligned with broader company objectives and customer needs.
- Help build a culture of accountability and collaboration across the organization to efficiently resolve customer issues and maintain product quality.
Qualifications
B.Tech/M.Tech with 18 to 23 years of experience
