This job is work from the office - Nagpur location and The hours for this role are between 3:00 pm to 12 am IST Time, Monday- Friday.
The role will be a part of the digital strategy team, which focuses on four key services: website design and development, integration, marketing automation, and consulting. The creative designer will work with our design team and decide on the overall direction of the company's approach to designs. You will be responsible for creating original styles and brand designs to be used in both web design as well as other communication platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create style directions including graphic images, web page designs, video animations, infographics, fonts, iconography, and web element styles (for example: button and link styles).
- Work directly with stakeholders the digital strategist and project team members globally.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and internal/external project requirements and user needs.
- Understand digital design principles, including user experience and accessibility.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Meet deadlines for individual projects/ tasks assigned.
- Be an expert with a variety of tools and skill sets focused on digital design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Preferred candidate profile:
- At least 5+ years of experience in designing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects/ Premiere Pro.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Ability to source and manage images for the best presentation.
- Ability to make recommendations on the types, sizes, resolution, focal points, and perspective of graphics to be used in a variety of formats.
- Ability to design excellent layouts for both web and email communication design.
- Ability to envision and implement content with the right balance of text and visuals.
- Ability to translate organizational voice and brand into designs.
- Ability to design eye-catching images and logos.
- Ability to create social media graphics.
- Developing email and other marketing automation communication designs is preferred.
- Candidates who will be interviewed will be asked to present his/her portfolio beforehand.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping is good to have.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
