Adobe Design is looking for an innovative Senior Experience Designer to join our Document Cloud team and shape the future of GenAI experiences in Acrobat. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to design and scale AI-powered capabilities that drive engagement, growth, and long-term value for millions of users.

As a key design team member and inspiring leader, you’ll help define how people discover, adopt, and get value from GenAI inside Acrobat. We are reimagining the way people consume, comprehend, create, and collaborate on documents—this is your chance to design experiences that make AI approachable, intuitive, and essential.
 

• Design simple, elegant, and intuitive GenAI experiences that transform workflows and help users quickly see the value of AI in Acrobat.

• Apply a growth mindset to experiment on engagement and usage initiatives—making AI more discoverable, useful, and sticky.

• Define design strategy and craft visions for AI-first products and experiences, communicating them to senior executives through compelling storytelling.

• Explore design ideas via sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to bring concepts to life.

• Advocate for the user—using customer feedback, research, and data insights to uncover unexpected needs and shape AI experiences that feel natural and valuable.

• Partner closely with product managers, engineering, researchers, and cross-functional teams to scale AI capabilities across surfaces and ensure high-quality, consistent experiences.
  What you need to succeed

• 8+ years of industry experience in product design with a proven track record of success.

• A love for solving complex design challenges at the intersection of AI, productivity, and scale, using systems thinking.

• Experience collaborating across design, product management, engineering, and research from ideation through implementation.

• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design strategy, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong creative and analytical skills to advocate for and support research, synthesize insights, and inform AI product direction.

• Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions, cultivate creative thinking, and present concepts persuasively.

• Comfort working on open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous or exploratory in nature.

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with design approaches, prototyping, and wireframing for emerging technologies like AI.
