Design Team & Culture
We have a well established design and tech writing team, and are now looking to mature our UX writing / content strategy at JumpCloud. We have UX leadership at the highest level in the company, and the value of UX is recognized across the organization. We’re a fun bunch of product design & research professionals. We have regular skillshare meetings, team-wide & smaller group critiques, & team-building exercises monthly.
What you’ll be doing:
The primary focus for this role will be to contribute to our ever-growing JumpCloud platform. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to establish frameworks and guidelines, generate best practices and drive the evolution of UX writing and content strategy across the entire platform.
