We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of energy management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
Here’s what you will bring:
Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience.
- 5+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in UI/UX with a B2B/B2C product company with an emphasis on creating rich user experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
