The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Web3 Frontend Engineer to join our growing team and take a leading role in building the next generation of decentralized applications and blockchain user experiences. In this role, you will drive the architecture, development, and optimization of responsive, high-performance web interfaces that connect users seamlessly to our blockchain ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and smart contract engineers to craft intuitive, reliable, and secure dApps that can scale to millions of users. As a senior member of the team, you’ll set the technical direction for frontend architecture, champion best practices in performance and security, and be hands-on in delivering production-grade Web3 products. Your work will help shape how users interact with decentralized finance and the broader MANTRA ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead by example — influence architectural direction and help define long-term technical strategy.
- Architect, build, and maintain highly responsive and user-friendly Web3 interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong UX principles.
- Own the full frontend development lifecycle: from design handoff to production deployment.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and contribute to improving engineering best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- 2+ years of experience building Web3 or blockchain dApps.
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS (or similar modern stack).
- Solid understanding of wallet connections and transaction flows (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Keplr, Cosmostation, etc.).
- Familiar with Storybook for building and documenting UI components.
- Familiar with different ERC token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-4626).
- Familiarity with EVM or Cosmos SDK ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of frontend performance, state management, and code quality.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with wagmi, viem, or cosmos-kit.
- Understanding of The Graph / Subgraph, Cosmos gRPC / LCD, or similar data indexers.
- Knowledge of Solidity and basic smart contract patterns.
- Familiarity with trunk-based development workflows (CI/CD pipelines, short-lived branches, continuous integration).
- Knowledge of DeFi, staking, or NFT use cases.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Passion for crypto, decentralization, and community-driven tech.
