Job Description

The Website Analytics & Optimization position is responsible for the reporting, insights and optimization efforts supporting Epsilon.com. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, data analysis, and website optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing website performance, user behavior, and conversion data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the Epsilon website's overall effectiveness. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to help drive data-driven decision-making and website improvements. 

Website Analytics & Optimization duties and responsibilities:

  • ​Evaluate website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies for website optimization, including content, design, user experience, and technical improvements. 
  • Create and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards to track website KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders. 
  • Assist with the development of A/B tests, user surveys, and other research methods to gather data and insights on user preferences and behavior. 
  • Support cross-functional teams in the measurement and analysis of marketing campaign performance, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing proper tracking and data validation methods. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization on the website, focusing on enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain and enhance website performance.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of website performance metrics and KPIs. 
  • Good understanding of Google analytics tool.
  • Experience in marketing analytics and good understanding of marketing domain
  • Experience with A/B testing, user research, and website optimization techniques.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Ability to think systematically with solid business sense and technical aptitude.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
