What You'll Do:
- Own day-to-day SEO execution across keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO
- Conduct competitor and keyword research to uncover growth opportunities
- Optimise website content, meta tags, site structure, and internal linking to improve organic rankings and traffic
- Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to implement SEO best practices
- Support link-building and off-page SEO initiatives in coordination with vendors and agencies
- Track keyword rankings, traffic performance, and core SEO KPIs, and report impact regularly
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging SEO opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on SEO execution experience
- Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Good understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ROI-driven thinking
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to ship SEO improvements
Good to Have:
- Experience working with fast-growing startups or tech-first companies
- Familiarity with technical SEO concepts and site performance optimisation
- Curiosity to experiment, test, and iterate on SEO strategies
