What You’ll Do
- Execute SEO strategies focused on increasing organic traffic, qualified trials, and demo bookings
- Perform keyword research, clustering, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and product content for search intent and conversions
- Create SEO content briefs and collaborate closely with writers and the content team
- Monitor and improve rankings for high-intent pages such as alternatives, integrations, comparisons, and workflow-related content
- Conduct regular SEO audits covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, internal linking, and content health
- Track website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and other analytics tools
- Support content refresh initiatives to improve rankings and engagement on existing pages
- Identify SEO growth opportunities in AI-powered search and LLM-driven discovery experiences
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Content, Design, and Marketing to improve organic growth performance
- Build reports and dashboards to track SEO KPIs, rankings, traffic, conversions, and funnel performance
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices
- Assist in backlink and authority-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority
- Use AI tools and automation workflows to improve SEO productivity and execution speed
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B companies
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content SEO, and keyword strategy
- Experience working with SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
- Understanding of user intent and how SEO contributes to business growth and conversions
- Experience collaborating with content teams to improve content quality and search performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities
- Familiarity with AI-powered search trends and evolving SEO practices
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
- Exposure to international SEO or European markets
- Hands-on experience with SEO automation, dashboards, scripts, or AI workflows
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles
