As a Business Analyst (internally known as Senior Analyst), you will utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to define and design customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform and other third-party tools. You ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for IT solutions.
- Creating Business Cases that outline benefits, costs, and potential risks associated with implementing solutions.
- Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops.x
- Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies.
- Collaborating with technical teams to design IT solutions, creating system documentation, knowledge articles, flowcharts, and diagrams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Assisting in defining test plans, conducting testing activities, and ensuring that developed solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
- Monitoring system performance, collecting user feedback, and identifying areas for improvement, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of IT solutions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mapping business processes into ITSM platforms, with a preference for experience in the ServiceNow platform.
- Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
- Certified System Administrator preferred.
- Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong project and situational awareness.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Self-starter.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
