Job Description:
- MUST be ServiceNow CIS certified (Any two).
- Open to work and provide solutions on different modules. Knowledge on additional module is preferred.
- Capable to design solutions and provide technical understanding and architecture of the same.
- Work with process owners to understand the process requirements related to the capture of configuration data and develop technical specifications and solutions.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to provide guidance in the management of CI's and the relationships between them.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects to understand IT technology strategy that guide which requirements need to be gathered.
- Work with Application SMEs and stakeholders to perform gap analysis and provide solution.
- To help Customers, Internal Teams under COE.
- Worked on Integrations /w integration hub
- Flexible to accommodate the Business needs.
Qualifications required:
- Min. 2 Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications.
- Must have Strong Technical skills.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and JavaScript
- Must be Professional and a good Team Player.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication - (ENGLISH)
