We are hiring a Site Operations Lead to be the site's central execution engine-driving operational rigor, cross-functional alignment, and predictable delivery while enabling leaders to meet business goals.
What you will do
As the Site Operations Lead, you will partner closely with the Site Leader to run the site's operating cadence, ensure governance and compliance, partner with HR/Engineering/Facilities/Finance/ Procurement on workflows. You will own dashboards and reviews, drive accountability across teams, run site wide initiatives like Return to office, Company events and celebrations, and manage escalations to resolution in concert with Bangalore and global stakeholders.
The skills you bring
• Drive the site's operational cadence-reviews, dashboards, and execution tracking-and ensure delivery against priorities • Orchestrate execution across HR, Engineering, Facilities, Finance, and external partners to enable seamless site operations • Identify cross-functional gaps, risks, and blockers; drive closure with accountable leaders and clear follow-through • Enforce governance processes, documentation, and compliance with India labor laws and corporate policies • Partner with Procurement and Lab teams on import/export operations for engineering equipment with internal teams and government bodies • Partner with Finance on budgets, expenses, and forecasts; drive visibility and spending discipline • Lead site-wide initiatives (e.g., Return to Office, employee engagement) and programs that improve collaboration and culture • Program-manage cross-functional transformations, including AI-first initiatives; track milestones, risks, and dependencies • Align Bangalore teams with global stakeholders; drive accountability on decisions and actions • Plan and execute leadership visits, board interactions, and executive reviews; produce high-quality dashboards and narratives • Act as the central point for site escalations; ensure timely, sustainable resolution
Required Skills
• 8-12 years of experience in operations, program management, and engineering environments in Telecom organizations preferred• Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams without direct authority • Experience working in global organizations with multiple stakeholders • Working knowledge of India compliance, labor laws, and business operations • Strong execution and program management discipline • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity • High ownership and bias for action
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building executive-level dashboards, reports, and narratives, and running executive reviews • Hands-on leadership of site-wide initiatives (Return to Office, engagement, culture) • Program management of cross-functional transformation initiatives, including AI-first programs • Experience coordinating leadership visits and board interactions • Track record ensuring governance processes and compliance readiness across large sites • Background in telecom/technology engineering site operations • Experience with financial tracking, budgeting, and operational planning at the site level• Experience enabling import/export operations with internal teams and government bodies
