Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake and AWS.
- Build ETL/ELT solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
- Develop and optimise Snowflake data models, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
- Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Ensure data security, governance, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Snowflake
- AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM, Redshift)
- SQL & Data Modelling
- Spark / PySpark
- dbt
- Apache Airflow
- Hands-on DevOps experience with:
- Git
- Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
- Terraform
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Monitoring & Automation
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Cloud Data Architecture.
Preferred Skills
- SnowPro Certification.
- AWS Certification.
Experience with Kafka, Databricks, and Data Governance frameworks.
