ABOUT THE ROLE 

InCore is looking for smart and soft-skilled graduates to join its SoC Integration team. 

A SoC integration engineer is a technical professional who acts as a bridge between InCore's product team and the customer's engineering team. An SiE provides technical support to customers who are designing products that incorporate InCore's solutions. They help solve technical issues and ensure the customers can successfully integrate these offerings into their products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Solution Architecture and Design 

• Become an expert on InCore’s proprietary IP and automation tools and how to utilize them for customer needs 
  

• Own and drive relationships with external technical audiences of all kinds from engineer to CTO to understand business objectives and translate requirements into solutions. 
  

• Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs 
  

• Work hand-in-hand with InCore's Sales team to develop application demos and technical collateral, and help customers make the most of InCore products 
  

• Discover new problems which the customer has and increase adoption of InCore’s technology wherever applicable 
  

Integration and Delivery: 

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to our customers while they integrate InCore into their SoCs 
  

• Utilize technical acumen to drive high-quality integrations while accelerating time-to-market 
  

• Create technical content (sample code, demos, etc. ) to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices 
  

• Manage evaluations to ensure that the products meet the client's requirements 
  

• Be the single technical point of contact for our customers and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner

• Focus on personal competence building across all stages of customer success 
  

• Constantly learn better ways to understand problems, manage situations, build trust and deeper relationships and help clients derive value out of the product 
  

• Sharpen your communication skills to understand the requirements of a client and resolve differences in opinion 
  

• Maintain composure through tough situations faced during the interaction with the client 
  

• Share and build a best-practices knowledge base 
  

• Learn to build relationships with the client where they feel comfortable to discuss all problems and issues openly 
  

• Years of experience: 1-2 years. Open to Freshers; prior experience in EDA/design companies preferred. 
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. 
  

• B.Tech/M.Tech in EE or ECE branch. 
  

• Strong understanding of core-based SoCs preferred 
  

• Proficiency in Linux-based OS is a must (Bash and shell scripting) 
  

• Comfortable with Python scripting and Embedded C programming. 
  

• Prior exposure to RISC-V ASM is good to have. 
  

• Should be able to engage with the customer in a technical discussion to understand the issues the customers are facing and provide solutions and troubleshooting support. 
  

• Ability to understand client's requirements, define a technical plan and work with internal teams to deliver the same. 
  

• Results-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
  

• High ownership in a customer-facing, technically hands-on role. 
  

• Direct collaboration with InCore’s founding and technical leadership. 
  

• Work on India's leading RISC-V IP platforms. 
  

• Exposure to fast-paced product development and iteration cycles.
