Social Media & Creative Digital Marketing Specialist - Fully Remote Opportunity

Zealogics is looking for a highly creative, hands-on Senior Social Media & Creative Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and promote our AI products and technology capabilities globally.

We need someone who combines Social Media + Creative Design + Digital Marketing and can independently take an idea from concept → content → design → publishing → promotion → performance analysis.

This is a hands-on role — not a coordination-only position.

• Own and actively manage Zealogics' LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital channels.
• Build and execute a consistent social media content calendar with regular, creative posts.
• Create high-quality graphics, carousels, infographics, banners, campaign creatives and product promotions.
• Turn complex AI and technology concepts into simple, compelling visual stories.
• Plan and execute organic and paid digital marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness, engagement, website traffic and qualified leads.
• Manage and regularly refresh website content, product messaging and campaign pages.
• Track performance including reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CPL and lead generation.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, design trends and digital marketing techniques.
• Continuously experiment with new content formats, creative ideas and AI-powered workflows.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing and creative design.
• Strong hands-on expertise in LinkedIn and Instagram marketing.
• Excellent graphic design, design thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or equivalent tools.
• Experience with paid campaigns, audience targeting and campaign optimization.
• Good understanding of website content management and basic SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – mandatory.
• Highly creative, self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted tools is mandatory.

Candidates should be comfortable using modern AI tools for content creation, creative ideation, research, image/video generation, design and website updates, and should continuously explore emerging AI-powered creative workflows.

An online portfolio is mandatory. It should showcase social media creatives, campaigns, branding/visual design and LinkedIn/Instagram work.

Candidates should also demonstrate proven digital marketing results, such as:

• Audience/follower and engagement growth
• Campaign reach and performance
• Website traffic or conversions
• Lead generation
• Paid campaign results

Analytics screenshots, case studies or other evidence of measurable results will be a strong advantage.

A creative designer + social media specialist + digital marketer in one — someone who can understand an AI product, create the campaign concept and visuals, publish and promote the content, measure results and continuously find new ways to make the Zealogics brand more active, engaging and visible.
