CSG is looking for an experienced senior software development engineer that has a passion for building web-based applications. Ideal candidates will have a dedication to developing high quality applications and solutions in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for a Software Development Engineer I who will:
- You will help to build and implement micro-services, integrate CI practices, write algorithms and leverage data structures, caching approaches for building scalable architectures and collaborating with other experienced developers, test engineers, product owners and DevOps engineering talent.
- You will build next-generation web applications, servers and architectures in AWS.
- You will focus on high-end, reliable, and scalable software solutions with a focus on the customer and delivering value.
- You will redesign web applications, implement new designs, and architect solutions to challenging problems while having the ability to pick up new technologies.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in software development with experience building and deploying code in AWS.
- Proficiency in English in a business environment.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including: JavaScript, Angular, Python or Java.
- Knowledge in service-based architecture, RESTful services and building scalable micro-services.
- Experience with billing, accounting, and revenue management systems a plus.
