TeleSign & Route Mobile are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer III to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Software Engineer III, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that power our industry-leading authentication and communication services. Responsibilities: 

• Software Development: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex software solutions to meet business requirements. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. 
• Architecture and Design: Contribute to the architectural decisions and design discussions for new and existing features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. 
• Code Review: Participate in and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members. 
• Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. 
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for the adoption of new tools and methodologies to enhance the development process. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on scalable and distributed systems. 
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. 
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices. 
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
• Three to five years of software development experience 
• Experience with authentication and security technologies. 
• Knowledge of telecommunications protocols and messaging systems. 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
