We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will work directly with our engineering teams to develop our next-generation, cloud-based solutions. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative company and make a strong impact on new product development and user experience.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and scaling components powering the platform at Mindtickle, selecting the most appropriate architecture for a system (or systems) to suit business needs and achieve desired results under given constraints.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- You hold a Bachelor's (B Tech / BS / BE) or Master's (M Tech / MS / ME) degree in Computer Science or its equivalent Top Tier Engineering College.
- 1-3 years of strong software development experience and software engineering skills, Java, Golang, Ruby, etc.
- Having an understanding of front-end technologies like React and TypeScript is a plus.
- Expertise and practical knowledge of operating systems and MySQL / NoSQL.
- Working knowledge of data warehouses, SQL queries.
- Sufficient understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, OOPs, SAML, and JWT concepts.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- You should be positive towards problem-solving and have a very structured thought process to solve problems.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

- Requires excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
