Job Family Definition:
The Cloud Developer builds from the ground up to meet the needs of mission-critical applications, and is always looking for innovative approaches to deliver end-to-end technical solutions to solve customer problems.
Brings technical thinking to break down complex data and to engineer new ideas and methods for solving, prototyping, designing, and implementing cloud-based solutions. Collaborates with project managers and development partners to ensure effective and efficient delivery, deployment, operation, monitoring, and support of Cloud engagements.
The Cloud Developer provides business value expertise to drive the development of innovative service offerings that enrich HPE's Cloud Services portfolio across multiple systems, platforms, and applications.
Management Level Definition:
Contributes to assignments of limited scope by applying technical concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
What you’ll do
Role/Responsibilities:
- Experience in manual testing , developing test strategies, test environment setup, test data setup, test plans and test cases
- Applies automation for the test scenarios with at least one of these languages/Tool, Python/Java-Selenium.
- Takes ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary.
- Collaborates with development team in bugs fixing and build plans.
- Proficient in one of the DB such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server, Oracle and/or NoSQL and SQL scripting.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Experience driving quality through process, instrumentation, requirements and testing
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Expert in communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
Knowledge and Skills:
- Manual testing, Manual Test Execution, Automation testing
- Experience with performance and/or security testing with tools like LoadRunner, Jmeter.
- Good understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure) and services
- Experience in Containers (Docker/Kubernetes) based deployment and management
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum of 2+ years of overall experience and, 1+ years of hands-on experience in above technologies.
