Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong understanding of SAP BASIS architecture and components.
- Experience in SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
