Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to meet project requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context in Japanese language.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Japanese.
- Ability to translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Experience in localization and internationalization of software applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
