Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients throughout the product lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead software development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software systems.
- Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development.
- Hands-on experience in implementing software solutions.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A degree in any field or BE is required.
