The Role
Redica Systems is seeking a Backend Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team of innovators who are passionate about enhancing user experience. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical applications, websites, and infrastructure.The ideal candidate is technically proficient, eager to learn, and analytically driven. We are looking for someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to build scalable and high-performing backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Engage in code reviews and design discussions to ensure high code quality and promote knowledge

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Backend Development
- Strong expertise in Backend Python Development with skills to create APIs, integrate the functions into Ul, and store and retrieve data from a variety of databases
- Experience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) -experience with NoSQL DBs (Dynamo,Mongo) is a plus
- Strong experience with any backend framework e.g. FastAPI/Django/Flask
- Strong experience in writing unit tests
- Experience working with microservice architecture
- B.Tech/B.E (Preferred CSE)
