Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
Drive projects end-to-end — from problem statement to implementation — taking ownership of business impact, technical quality, and operational excellence.
Break down complex problems and design scalable solutions, create implementation and test plans, and execute them with the team on committed timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical initiatives that strengthen scalability, security, and maintainability of our systems.
Contribute to defining and upholding engineering best practices and coding standards.
Work on core company products such as Jobspikr, 42Signals, Datastock, delivering high-quality, production-grade code.
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and AI tools that improve productivity and product quality.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
2 - 4 Years of professional, hands-on full-stack development experience with the React/Next.js framework and languages such as Node.Js.
Exposure to AI tools and their practical adoption in engineering workflows.
Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful API design.
Strong experience in writing scalable, maintainable, and testable code with an agile mindset.
High-performance mindset with a focus on quality, ownership, and accountability.
Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical decisions, share best practices, and contribute to improving overall engineering quality.
