As a Software Engineer in DevOps, you will play a critical role in optimizing our development workflows, automating infrastructure provisioning, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across development and operations teams.
- Implementing and supporting end-to-end CI/CD systems using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to provision, configure, and manage cloud-based resources.
- Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms using tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, or New Relic to proactively identify and address performance issues and security threats.
- Implementing automation to monitor and gain more insight into applications and system health.
- Troubleshoot and identifying problem areas within the current software systems and crafting efficient solutions
- Develop, improve, and maintain our infrastructure codebase.
- Craft and implement critical metrics using various analytics methods and dashboards
IMPORTANT : Please note that this is a 100% hands-on role. Our assessment process focuses on this. Please excuse us if you cannot demonstrate deep dive hands-on skills.
Core Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience 2+ years in a DevOps role.
- Good understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and methodologies, with hands-on experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and configuration management.
- Good knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and related services.
- Working knowledge of IaC languages like Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Good scripting and programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and tooling development.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes), including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
