Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks that guarantee the quality of our web, mobile, and API applications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and build test strategies that reflect our commitment to delivering a world-class product.
- Identify, report, and track defects to resolution, ensuring that our platform is bug-free and performs seamlessly for all users.
- Actively participate in code reviews and quality checks, helping to maintain our high standards and support the development of the team.
- Champion continuous integration and automation testing as integral parts of the development process.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to performance and load testing to ensure system stability at scale as we continue to grow and serve more users.
Experience and Qualifications:-
- 3-6 years in software testing, development, or automation with a track record of building scalable test frameworks.
- Proficiency in Java and Python, with experience using testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and RestAssured.
- Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration pipelines and testing strategies that ensure seamless deployments.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving system issues.
- A team player with strong communication skills, who thrives in an Agile, cross-functional environment.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, secure, and performant software solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- A background in healthcare or insurance technology is a plus.
