We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in Java (backend) and Angular/React (frontend) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves end-to-end development across UI, APIs, and backend services.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and Angular/React
  • Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using modern frontend frameworks
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot preferred)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UX) to deliver high-quality features
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
  • Frontend
    • Solid experience in Angular / React
    • Experience with responsive design and performance optimization
    • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Backend
    • Solid hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)
    • Experience with REST APIs, authentication (OAuth/JWT)
    • Understanding of distributed systems and API design
  • Database & Tools
    • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB)
    • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
    • Proven solid problem-solving and debugging skills
    • Proven good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk)
