Job Overview: As a Software Engineer - UI at Amagi, you will be responsible for developing engaging and user-friendly user interfaces for our streaming solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to create seamless experiences that enhance user satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies and a passion for creating exceptional UI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces for our streaming TV applications.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional web applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across different devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development and streaming technology.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of work experience
- Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and development practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
