Experience with LLMs, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, AI agents, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and observability is preferred.

About You
You have strong experience designing and developing backend applications using Python.
You have hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
You understand microservices architecture, REST API development, asynchronous programming, and
distributed systems.
You have built and deployed systems on a public cloud platform, preferably AWS.
You work closely with product management to understand customer needs and maximize the impact
of what you build.
You build scalable systems that are performant, observable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
You are comfortable supporting the services you build in production.
You are comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams.
You are interested in learning, growing, and leading by example.
Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, or AI-powered applications will be a strong
advantage
Requirements
Engineering graduate with 4-5 years of industry experience building and delivering enterprise-class
products.
Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs and microservices.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases, caching systems, or message queues.
Experience with cloud and SaaS development.
Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Good understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Startup experience is a strong plus.
Technical depth is essential to contribute effectively to engineering discussions and decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving business requirements.
A hands-off or “not my job” attitude is an absolute no-go
Preferred Experience
Experience building applications using Large Language Models or Generative AI.
Familiarity with LLM APIs and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector databases, prompt
engineering, or AI agents.
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
Exposure to Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, or production observability tools.
