So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We want someone who will work with teams directly impacting our mission of building the next evolution of the knowledge worker digital frontier by prioritizing, guiding, and automating work at the personal level. In the Software Engineer role, you will write scalable, optimized code and guide team to support our ShareFile business. This includes:

Technical Competency

• Code Quality: Deliver high quality code considering design patterns, security, performance, and optimization inclusive of the necessary unit and integration tests.

• Best practices: Understand the organization’s best practices guidelines and adhere to it.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the component of the product which you own.

• Individual Contributor: Highly motivated and act with no intervention from the senior members of team

• Innovation and Problem-Solving: Strive to innovate and solve complex problems. Aim to develop solutions that are not just efficient but also creative and forward-thinking.

People & Process

• Agile: Should be well versed with the Agile methodology.

• Continuous improvement: Lookout for process improvement that can accelerate team efficiency and facilitates high performance.

• Feedback and Improvement: Seek regular feedback from peers and seniors to identify areas of improvement. Actively work on implementing this feedback to refine your skills and work methods.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on dev experience.

• Proficient with at least 2 or more of the following technologies: C# Net. NET Microservices, Asp .NET Core, and DevOps tooling and technologies.

• A strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals; Algorithms and Data structures is required.

• Demonstrated experience in writing clean code in large codebases is required.

• This role will require excellent communications skills, must be highly motivated, have a strong need to achieve and a continuous learning mindset.

• Good understanding on any of client-side framework like reactJS, Angular etc

• Hands-on in writing PL-SQL queries and stored procedures
