Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
-
Hands-on cloud infrastructure setup and coding using IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
-
Automate deployment processes and ensure consistent environments across multiple stages and regions using CI/CD best practices with source control tools like GIT/GITLAB.
-
Knowledge of tools like ArgoCD/or equivalent, AWS services Kubernetes (EKS), Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, EventBridge is a must.

Experience in Release and Change management lifecycle.
Cloud Design & Implementation:
-
Basic knowledge of Development, deployment and testing microservices using Kubernetes-based containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes and Lambda.
-
Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing and test automation.
-
Good to have knowledge of maintaining backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot and testing using Python BDD.

Participate in software design reviews, conduct code reviews and peer testing for other members in the team.
System Optimization & Troubleshooting:
-
Monitor and optimize cloud-based systems for performance, scalability, and security.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
Collaboration & Documentation:
-
Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements.

Create and maintain detailed documentation including low level designs, deployment scripts, troubleshooting guides and operational procedures.
Security & Compliance:
-
Basic knowledge of security practices in healthcare (nice to have)
-
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
-
Stay updated with the latest advancements in IaC Tools, DevOps Practices, CI/CD tools, AWS cloud technologies.

Proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to existing systems and processes.

Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on IAC, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes.
Experience:
-
Handson knowledge of in Terraform, CFT/CDK, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker.

Handson experience with AWS services (EKS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, CloudWatch) and good to have IoT technologies (AWS IoT Core).
