What You’ll Do  

  • Design and implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end libraries (primarily React JS).
  • Develop server-side applications and RESTful APIs using back-end technologies such as Java and Spring Boot.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end components to create a seamless user experience.
  • Perform database design and development, including data modeling, queries, and optimization.
  • Ensure the application's performance, security, and scalability meet industry best practices and project requirements.
  • Test and debug web applications to identify and resolve issues.
  • Continuously improve and refactor code for better performance and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers for smooth deployment and release processes.
  • Stay up to date with latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback.
  • Organize and conduct showcases for product owners and stakeholders.
  • Backend heavy role – 60:40 ratio
  • You are expected to be a team player & not an individual contributor.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with more than 3+ years' experience and a strong portfolio.
  • Experience in Java 11+ /17+ and JavaScript.
  • Solid knowledge of back-end technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (any new version and above)
  • Knowledge of accessibility tools and guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA.
  • Ability to fix SonarQube issues.
  • Experience in deploying code on the cloud using AWS, Azure or PCF platforms
  • Ability to coordinate deployment activities.
  • Experience with Selenium and Postman (or other API testing tools).
  • Knowledge and experience of REST APIs and Apigee.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, New Relic etc.
