Job Description:
As a Software Engineer at Uniphore, you will be integral to the development and enhancement of data platform and data agents that are at the core of our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, and product managers to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems.What You'll Do
- Design, develop and implement AI applications, staying updated on advancements in AI technology, and contributing to the company's AI strategy.
- Design and implement applications using BigData technologies..
- Design and implement distributed applications using cloud specific services.
- Implement Hybrid cloud approaches to handle data synchronization in between on-premises and on cloud.
- Implement an elastic and serverless platform for data warehousing, which can work seamlessly on different clouds.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in Software Development
- Strong expertise in Spark, Java/Python, and API code development
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with databases like Postgres, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Strong problem solving and programming skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Motivated towards working in a startup environment
- 1+ years working on scalable distributed systems
- Experience with developing software using a broad range of data source connectors, including JDBC, TPT, RestAPI, Kafka
- Experience with BigData technologies like Spark etc..
- Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Experience building AI-powered applications using Python
- Understanding of machine learning lifecycle: data ingestion, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
- Eexperience with agentic frameworks such as: LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, MetaGPT, LangGraph, or similar.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s)
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
