Technical Skills
2+ years of hands-on mainframe application development experience working with COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, SQL, VSAM, Changeman , File Manager, TSO, FTP, and Fault Analyzer.
Strong working knowledge of version and revision control tools like Git, and CHANGEMAN.
Experience in developing REST and SOAP APIs using technologies like zOS Connect and IDz .
Strong ability to troubleshoot and debug both online and batch using tools like IBM Debugger.
Experience with mainframe DevOps, Scrum Framework, and SAFe Agile methodologies.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, and a continuous learning mindset toward emerging AI technologies
Ability to multi-task effectively and work in an open, collaborative environment to support individual and team objectives.
Experience working in an onshore-offshore model should be able to mentor, guide, and lead a small offshore team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
