This position is for Check-In Product under Airline IT Portfolio which is one of the highly visible and critical for Sabre to stay ahead in market position.Roles and Responsibilities:- Develops, tests, and executes both white/black box manual testing and automated testing solutions.
- Designs, plans, and improves UI automation testing using Selenium and Cucumber, as well as API testing using Soap UI and Postman.
- Works on quality assurance issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Encourages high testing and quality standards, using best practices to ensure high quality.
- Regularly interacts with supervisors, developers, and product managers on matters concerning projects or team performance within an Agile development framework.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Highly proficient in testing both white/black box manual testing and automated testing.
- Deep understanding of Webservices and API Testing using Soap UI and Postman.
- Complete understanding of Automation testing using Selenium and Cucumber.
- Hands-on Experience with scripting languages like Java/Groovy script.
- Strong Experience in tools like SOAP UI, XML, Ready API, JMeter, Postman, Selenium and Cucumber.
- Good knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD.
- Understanding of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Mongo).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Understanding of Agile development framework is a plus.
- Knowledge of Sonar and Veracode is a plus
